Engraved Stones

It’s interesting the way you become friends with people sometimes. If Bob didn’t get cancer I’m sure I would have met Meghan eventually at a work party or something since Bob worked with her fiancee, Brandon. I didn’t meet her at something like that though, I met her in 8400 ICU. You see, she’s an ICU nurse at the hospital that Bob was in and out of. Most of the nurses were great but Meghan, Karen and Charlotte were the best. Not only there for Bob but also for me. It was nice having such good people that truly cared about Bob taking care of him. Bob touched their hearts but the 3 of them touched ours as well.

Meghan asked if I wanted to meet for lunch so last week I met up with her and Brandon. As soon as I sat down, she couldn’t wait to give me this gift that she brought. It was a really large stone and 3 smaller ones that were engraved with the police badge, had his name and said Forever In Our Hearts. She told me that it was from all of 8400 ICU and that Charlotte actually does these.

The top left photo is the same stone as the bigger photo, just using my hand to reference size. If you’ve lost a loved one these are great stones to have. You can keep them in your house or add them as decoration to your garden or patio. If you order one please tell her I sent you.
